Tools are provided "as is"
PDFora's tools are free and provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to make every tool produce correct files, but we can't guarantee that the output will be error-free for every document. PDFs vary enormously — damaged, encrypted, very large or unusually built files can behave in unexpected ways.
Keep your original
Always keep a copy of your original file and check the result before you rely on it — especially before you send, sign, print or submit an important document. PDFora is not responsible for loss of data or for decisions made based on a processed file.
Not professional advice
The guides and FAQs on this site explain how to use the tools. They are general information, not legal, financial or technical advice. For example, whether an electronic signature is legally valid for your document depends on where you are and what the document is; check with a qualified professional if it matters.
Your responsibility for content
Only process documents you have the right to use. Tools such as Unlock PDF must not be used to get around protection on files you are not authorised to open.
Third-party services and links
Some conversions use CloudConvert, and the site shows advertising from Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from PDFora. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
Advertising
PDFora is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google and are clearly separate from the tools; showing an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser.
